This strategic move comes as a result of Scheme of Demerger, approved by the Regional Director, North-Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ahmedabad, India, as per Order No. RD/NWR/Sec.233/45/2023-24/5111-12, dated March 13, 2024.
